How is Sports Shares different from leasing a private luxury suite?
When you lease a luxury suite, you only have access to that one suite at one arena or stadium, not several like you do with Sports Shares. In addition, to get your money’s worth out of your investment with a luxury suite lease, you would need to distribute up to 2000 tickets a year to clients, vendors, employees or other business associates. Many companies end up “wasting” many tickets each year because they go unused or are distributed to people who are not in a position to further the company’s goals.

How is Sports Shares different from purchasing VIP tickets from a ticket reseller?
First of all, you can’t purchase individual tickets in a luxury suite from a ticket reseller or from sports teams. Plus, with Sports Shares you get a whole host of  White Glove Services designed to help you get the most out of your membership, from VIP parking to the ability to swap tickets or acquire extras at the last minute. You also know that you will be sharing your private luxury suite only with other Sports Shares members and guests.

What venues and events will my membership include?
You can choose events at several different venues in Atlanta, North Texas and Denver.

Is my membership only good at the venues in my own city?
Premium members have access to the full network of Sports Shares luxury suites in all of our membership cities. As expansion continues, so does the value of your membership. SuiteFlex members only have access to the venues in their designated city, but have the option to add on access in as many markets as they want.

Is membership only good at sporting events?
No. Membership is good for any events held at any of our membership venues. These may include concerts, arts and comedy performances, motivational speakers, ice skating, even circuses

Do I have to commit to all my events for the year right when I sign up?
SuiteFlex Members do not have to choose their events in advance. They purchase their tickets as-they-go with six-week advance reservations. Private and Networking Suite Members do choose their events prior to each season, enjoying a fair and equitable selection process that ensures that everyone is able to select the events that they want to attend. For more details on how this process works, please contact us.

What if the event I want isn’t available?
For high-demand events, we frequently increase our capacity to accommodate as many members as possible. However when a Sports Shares suite is full for an event your Member Services Manager can assist you in making alternative arrangements through our inside relationships with team and venue partners.

How are tickets allocated? Is there a seniority system?
Yes, there is a fair and equitable system in place for allocating ticket. For more information on the event selection process, please contact us.

How long is a membership good for?
Membership is valid for a minimum of 12 months, but many members choose to lock in the benefits of a multi-year commitment.

Are ticket prices included in the membership fee?
Yes, your membership is all-inclusive of tickets, parking, catering, in-suite concierge services and more. We also frequently extend invitations to special events such as the Super Bowl, College Football, The Masters and other PGA Tour golf events, should you wish to attend for an additional fee.

What if I can’t use some of my tickets?
No problem. Your membership is extremely flexible, allowing Networking members to swap tickets at the last minute for a small fee if you have a conflict. All sales are final for SuiteFlex members.

What if I want to get extra tickets to an event at the last minute?
Your membership allows you to acquire extra event tickets when you need them, even at the last minute. Just ask your Membership Services Manager or go online and use our proprietary GamePlan membership management system to reserve them yourself subject to availability

What’s the difference between a private suite and a networking suite?
With a private suite you have the whole suite to yourself for your events. With a networking suite you share the suite with other Sports Shares members and guests, which can give you a great opportunity to network or make new friends.

How big are the suites?
Suites range in size from 12 to 32 people.

Are alcoholic beverages served in the suites?
Every Sports Shares event is stocked with beer and wine. Many members also keep their own liquor cabinet in the suite, which the in-suite concierge will manage for you.

Will I have access to special parking as a member?
VIP Parking is included in all memberships.

How many members do you have? How much competition will I have for the events I want?
Sports Shares does not oversell the Club’s inventory. The beauty of the fractional model is that we can increase our number of suites as the membership grows.

How much does membership cost?
We offer a variety of membership opportunities. Prices vary depending on whether you choose a private suites or networking suite, and depending on the number of events you want to attend. Membership plans begin at $1,000.

What’s the minimum number of events I would need to sign up for?
There is no minimum with SuiteFlex. With premium memberships (Private Suite and Networking Suite), there is a minimum of 10 events per year.

Is there any kind of satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on any SuiteFlex or premium membership. If you are unhappy with your membership for any reason, we will be happy to refund the pro-rated balance of your membership fee.

What if I want to resign my membership?
Memberships are revolving from term to term. If you would like to discontinue membership you can simply decline to renew your term.
