The Sports Shares management team is composed of experienced sports consulting, finance, business and event management professionals who share a vision of bringing quality, variety, flexibility and consistency to the luxury suite experience.

Todd Lindenbaum, President

Todd Lindenbaum brings a strong background in the sports industry to Sports Shares, where he manages all operations, sales, marketing and strategic business development activities.

Lindenbaum is one of the pioneers of the fractional luxury suite club model, founding OneSuite Sports, LLC in 2004. Prior to launching OneSuite Sports, Lindenbaum spent four years as a Sales Executive and Special Events Sales Manager for the San Francisco Giants, selling luxury suites and charter seat licenses as well as season and group tickets. Prior to his time in San Francisco, Lindenbaum worked with the Senior PGA Tour at what was then the BankBoston Classic.

Lindenbaum earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Boston College. He lives in Denver, Colorado, with his wife Kendall and two golden retrievers, Marley and Ziggy.

Tyler T. Tysdal, Founder & Chairman

Tyler Tysdal started Sports Shares after a sports consulting portfolio company of his demonstrated the opportunity to adapt a more flexible business model for premium seating.

Mr. Tysdal is Managing Director of Satori Capital, the preferred capital partner for companies that are building significant long-term value through a sustainable approach. He also closely advises a select group of ultra high net worth families on their private equity and debt investments. Mr. Tysdal is Chairman of the board of Montage Finance, an asset-based lender with fine art as collateral and on the board of Gibraltar Holdings, which includes Gibraltar Sports Capital, the leading lender to professional athletes which Mr. Tysdal launched with the company President in 2010.

Prior to joining Satori Capital, Mr. Tysdal served from 2007 - 2010 as the Managing Director of Mantucket Capital, a single family office with over $1 billion under management. The private equity and debt portfolio included Actagro, Symbius Medical Water Supply & Storage, North Poudre Irrigation Company, and MC Art, LLC.

From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Tysdal was the Managing Partner of TIVIS Capital, a private equity and debt investment company, focused primarily on healthcare and sports and entertainment companies. Mr. Tysdal began his career in investment banking with Alex. Brown & Sons.

Mr. Tysdal graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S.B.A. in Finance where he was also student body president and earned his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is on the board of the Colorado Chapter of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and was a recipient of the Denver Business Journal's 40 Under 40 award.

Mr. Tysdal's philanthropic passion is to bring monitoring and evaluation to the social sector through information technology. He has been on the board of the Colorado chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society as well as a committee in the U.S. to support and grow the United Nations Global Compact for multi-national companies to operate in a more socially-responsible manner regarding the environment, anti-corruption, labor, and human rights. Mr. Tysdal lives in Colorado with his wife Natalie Tysdal, a news anchor in Colorado, and they have three children.
